Mixtapes designed to showcase the songs you considered the very best Erasure moments from the band’s catalogue? The biggest singles, the best album tracks, obscure b-sides, brilliant remixes? Well that’s exactly what this competition is all about…
We want you to create a modern mixtape on Spotify which will showcase the songs you consider to be the very best tracks across Erasure’s entire catalogue, each one chosen to convince someone who’s not already a fan of the band that they should definitely start checking them out!
All you need to do is create your own fifteen-track Erasure playlist on Spotify and then share it across social media using the hashtag #NowThatsWhatICallErasure. You will also need to submit your playlist for judging by clicking on the ‘Click Here To Submit Your Playlist’ button below.
We will also be showcasing playlists on this page if you want us to include yours just click ‘YES’ on the submission form.
The overall winner will receive a GOLDEN TICKET which they can trade for two tickets to a show of their choice on the next Erasure tour; a SIGNED ALBUM BUNDLE of the forthcoming Erasure album; and YOUR PLAYLIST SHARED across the official Erasure social channels. The competition will be open until midnight (UK) on June 3rd 2020. You can submit as many playlists as you want, but each one must be shared on at least one social media channel using the hashtag #NowThatsWhatICallErasure. You must also submit your playlist for judging using the form on this page. The playlists will be judged by Mute staff and their decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes will be sent to winners once they are available. The Golden Ticket winner will receive two guestlist tickets to attend an Erasure show of their choice on the band’s next tour, and the prize is for tickets only, no travel or accommodation will be provided and the prize does not include backstage access or time with the band.
