WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE MYSELF BEFORE THE EIS PRE-SALE STARTS?
Read all the pre-sale information on this page very carefully.
You will need to have the pre-sale code (ENTERTHENEON) to hand on the day.
Check the specific information for the show you want to purchase tickets for at the bottom of this page so you know what to expect in advance.
Check the Radio City Music Hall WEBSITE if you want to look at seating plans etc in advance, and check the ticket links in advance in case you need to create an account to purchase tickets etc.
Please be aware that if you are trying to access the pre-sale using the same account on two different devices simultaneously then the Ticketmaster system may interpret that as you trying to bulk buy tickets for resale and block your access to the tickets. We strongly recommend that you only try to access the pre-sale with one device per account.
Deep breathing is good and we also suggest wearing loose clothes and having a nice cup of tea to hand.
WILL THE BEST TICKETS BE AVAILABLE IN THE PRE-SALE?
Yes! We been given a generous allocation of tickets of all types which will be available during the pre-sale, however please note that we won’t will be selling all the tickets to the show tickets in the pre-sale and there will also be tickets of all types available when the general sales start on Friday.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE TICKETING SERVER CRASHES OR EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT IN THE FIRST FIVE MINUTES?
First of all keep calm. Servers can sometimes get a bit wobbly if thousands of people are all trying to access the same page at the same time. If the server does go down then just be patient until it comes back online and then try again. Remember, everyone else will be in the same situation so the tickets will still be there when the website is back.
If you enter the pre-sale and within minutes everything is showing as sold out then hold your nerve, this usually means that lots of people have panicked and thrown loads of tickets they won’t be buying into their baskets. Tickets usually sit in baskets for fifteen-minutes or so before being released back into the sale so the key thing here is to keep trying. There are a LOT of tickets available in the pre-sale and it’s very unlikely that they will all be sold out in minutes. The key is to keep trying.
If you have problems with the Ticketmaster website then you will need to contact Ticketmaster’s customer services team as we don’t have access to their systems to be able to check anything for you.
Just try to ride the storm. Did we mention that a nice cup of tea might help? Good luck!
