The first single from the upcoming new Erasure album, The Violet Flame, is called Elevation and will be released this Monday (Tuesday in North America) as a one-track download to coincide with the track being sent out to radio. The full ‘proper’ single, featuring extra tracks etc will be released on CD and via digital download at the beginning of September.

Elevation got its world radio premiere on Ken Bruce’s morning show on BBC Radio 2 in the UK. If you missed it then the track is now also streaming here…
