Erasure are delighted to confirm that they are to release a brand new live album, ‘World Be Live’, in June. The album was recorded across the band’s recent London shows at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith and completes the trilogy of album releases around the ‘World Be Gone’ project which started with 2017’s ‘World be Gone’ album and continued with the orchestral re-imagining of those songs, ‘World Beyond’, in March of this year.

‘World Be Live’ will be available in 2-CD, 3-Vinyl and Download formats featuring artwork designed around a new painted image by Louise Hendy (who also did the paintings for the ‘World Be Gone’ and ‘World Beyond’ albums) and the physical formats will be released in two versions:

The first will come out on June 15th and is an Erasure Information Service/Live Here Now version of the album in a deluxe 2-CD edition (packed in a six-panel mirror-board EcoPac sleeve with an extensive booklet featuring fan photos and offers the opportunity to have your name listed in the credits if you order before May 18th); and in a deluxe 3-Vinyl edition (pressed on 180gm heavyweight coloured-vinyl discs – with each disc a different colour – and packaged in a triple-gatefold sleeve printed on mirror-board, and including inner sleeves featuring fan photos alongside an insert offering the opportunity to have your name listed in the credits if you order before May 18th).

Both of those formats are now available to pre-order exclusively from LEXER MUSIC and PLEDGEMUSIC.

The second version of the album will be released by Mute on July 6th and will be available as a 2-CD edition (packaged in a regular double CD plastic jewel case with a reduced booklet without fan names) and a 3-Vinyl edition (pressed on standard weight black vinyl with regular packaging and without the fan names). The album will also be available on traditional download stores and streaming sites.
