You may well have seen this publicity shot of Vince and Andy that was taken at the start of the album project?
In the picture Andy is holding one of three skull masks that were specially made for the photoshoot and we have all three of them – worn and signed by Andy and Vince – to give away.
All you need to do to enter the competition is to download THIS PDF which contains four masks: one full skull mask in gold; one two-part mask in gold; one full skull mask in black and white; and one two-park mask in black and white. Once you’ve downloaded and printed your favourites, cut them out, mount them on carboard and add elastic so you can wear them. There’s an extra step involved in the black and white masks as they will need colouring in too.
Once you’re masks are complete you’re all set for The Violet Flame skull-mask challenge which means photographing yourself wearing the masks and posting those pictures on social media (please use #erasuremask so we can find them!).
The three winners will be chosen by a panel of mask experts assembled for the task by the Erasure Information Service and credit will be given for interesting, amusing, unlikely and unusual pictures, and neat colouring in.
