Notes

The 12″ Vinyl and 7″ Vinyl editions were originally released in green picture sleeves with an illustration reminiscent of the characters in "Thomas The Tank Engine". These were withdrawn and replaced with the die-cut black sleeve design. The 12″ Vinyl was also bundled with early editions of the Wonderland LP.
