First the good news
The CD of the Albert Hall Show is finally ready to ship and should be with most of you by Christmas.
However due to the unavoidable extra time needed for the DVD production we are not going to be able to ship the DVD before the authorisation runs out on your Credit Card. To avoid asking everyone to reorder the DVD and to ensure that you receive the preorder price, we are planning to take the money for the full CD and DVD bundle when we ship the CD this week. We understand this is not an ideal situation and we apologise, but we think that this is the solution that will work best for most people.
If this arrangement is not acceptable to you please get in touch and we will refund the DVD purchase price.
